Helping Akinika increase their right party contact rates

Akinika, part of the Capita Group, is one of the UK's leading debt collection agencies. Specialising in consumer and commercial debt collection they act on behalf of a number of public and private sector clients including HM Revenues & Customs and the Department of Work & Pensions. 

They tasked Callcredit with helping them identify the best possible way to talk to more of their customers.

"The main issue we had was the quality of information that allows us to contact a customer - the quality of our addresses and telephone numbers," Emma Wilson, Chief Operating Officer, Akinika. 

Through the partnership Callcredit were able to clean and enhance Akinika's customer addresses and phone numbers, enabling them to improve their contact rates and call centre efficiencies.
